Thanks, would definitely go back. Our stay was pleasant as usual. Savor, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel. Moreover, property's parking is on site...
Totally a great experience. The venue was situated just walking distance from some of my favourite tourist spots, like museum of pop culture.
Less than 10 minutes walk from Space Needle and monorail. Good continental breakfast (although you do have to ask for bread to toast if you want that). We did discover (eventually) several restaurants that were close by and wish we had discovered earlier (perhaps this can be included within info to guests). Provision of USA Today included within the price
Felt lighting was a little dim in the main room (bathroom lighting was fine). A central light would be quite useful.
The Suite we had was well laid out and very comfortable. The hotel is within a short walking distance of the Space Needle and the monorail which provides quick access to the main downtown area of Seattle.
clean neat friendly staff and great free breakfast
Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff and concierge Room was very spacious with very modern finishings eg. undermounted sink The room was cleaned immaculately. Complimentary breakfast was a nice inclusion in room rate. The employee named Shew who ran the breakfast service was exceptional. Please make sure her manager knows that. There were other nice touches that really made a difference in my stay, such as, complimentary morning newspaper, complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, and complimentary cookies in the lobby, to name just a few. Great location too! Walking distance to Belltown, downtown, the waterfront and Pike Place Market. I felt safe in that neighbourhood. It's also right across the street from a twenty-four hour grocery store. Next time I'm in Seattle, I would definitely stay there again.
Quick repair of door closing mechanism which had lost a screw. Fast maid service. Very good breakfast in lounge room. They rotated sausage, ham, and bacon daily with scrambled eggs. Make your waffles were favorites with others but I did not try them. Breads, rolls, cereals and fresh fruit. Great coffee! Large public room to lounge in and eat. Two PC's were available for general use. Huge plasma screen TV easy to view by entire lounge room.
The people were so helpful and friendly. They always has smiles on their faces. Thanks for the wonderful weekend.
Each day they would throw away the used bar soap from the shower. Then put the new bar of soap up by the sink, so you had to get out of the shower to get the new bar of soap. I say only change the soap at check out. Seems like a big waste of soap and very inconvenient to get out of the shower each time to get the soap. At least put the new bar of soap in the shower. If that is all a have to complain about, that is pretty darn good.
Breakfast, excellent service, clean, friendly
This hotel is friendly and efficient, great breakfast, outstanding location close to Seattle's major attractions
It was close to Chihuly exhibit and the Space Needle.
The staff, especially the front desk girl, did not make us feel welcome. We felt as if we were an intrusion - although she was not busy as there were no other guests at the desk. After visiting the room and rechecking our reservation information, we noticed that the refrigerator and microwave were not in the room as promised, so I had to contact the front desk again to get those items into the room. The desk clerk also said that I couldn't use my aaa card for discount because I had already booked the room on line. So, as you no doubt can guess, we will not be staying at the Hampton Inn again.
Great Location, affordable parking, free Wifi, great small breakfast
The free snacks upon check-in were a nice touch!! And the free breakfast that included eggs was awesome!!! Ame, the lady who checked us in, was super cool, too!
The layout was wacky. Trying to get from the 2nd parking garage to our room was quite the adventure.
Friendly, helpful staff. Location convenient for walking to local attractions.
Not a pleasant location. Heavy traffic and extensive roadworks nearby.
The frioendly staff and the breakfast
The electrical plugs in the restroom did not work so ahd to sit on the floor in the bedroom to use a plug there to dry my hair.
